Workshops with the women groups were held in Khoni, Senaki, Khurcha (Zugdidi municipality). After discussion of the examples of domestic conflicts, the work was interactive. The participants mentioned that they have never looked at themselves from the side and saw that often they are the initiators of conflicts.

- It's hard to be angry with yourself, but it is easy to keep evil on others.

- Often, when offended at someone, i pour it out on the family - because it is always difficult to beat yourself.

- If people are able to manage personal, internal conflicts there will be fewer family conflicts - such was the opinion of the participants.

At the workshops, it was noted that conflictology should be tough during the workshops, as a subject, especially in the higher classes, as young people will study themselves better, and easily will resolve conflicts of various types.

Workshops with the women were held with the analysis of interesting histories on:”Women Solidarity – one of the Mechanisms of Conflict Management”.

- Prevention of violence and assistance to the victim is impossible without solidarity and support of women, and it is particularly well illustrated during domestic conflicts. If daughter is a victim of violence, she knows that first of all, she will not have support from the mother – mention the participants.

There was named a real story when a young woman, beaten by a husband appeared in the hospital, and his mother claimed to doctors that a box fell on her from the cupboard. Participants noted that in the last period, a lot has changed for the better, but still there is a lack of unity, solidarity of women, and such events help women to express support to the victim.

Workshops were held in Khurcha, Senaki, Kutaisi.

Gender-based violence and family conflicts-on these issues, interesting discussions took place with women at workshops in Tskaltubo, Zugdidi and Khoni.

Most agree with the view that violence often takes place in families where there is no gender equality, where a woman does not have the opportunity for self-fulfillment and she constantly depends on her husband's choice.

Particularly interesting was the meeting in the village of Ganmukhuri (Zugdidi municipality), where the Fund "Sukhumi" came for the first time. The majority of participants expressed a desire for cooperation, since the topic of violence is their priority.

-Why does the society does not sympathize with the victim? What should each of us do for the prevention of violence - on these topics there were held workshops on conflict with women's groups in Senaki, Kutaisi and Khurcha (Zugdidi Municipality).

- The public has deficit of solidarity. We often see family conflicts, but stay silent, because it does not concern us. We rarely think about what could happen to our loved ones and we can not help.

Most participants believe that social cohesion is very important. If the victim is convinced that the public will support her, that she will be protected by the state, the law, she will better overcome the obstacles.

Participants were informed about the campaign of 16 Active Days Against Violence, which begins on 25 November. Women are willing to actively join the campaign and to express solidarity against violence.

On the background of interesting discussions there were held workshops on conflict with women's groups in Senaki, Tskaltubo and village Kukhi (Khoni municipality). The discussed topic: "Migration of women, reasons of family conflicts and management mechanisms" aroused interest of the participants.

It turned out that the issue of migration is quite actual as it regards many families. Often the reason of family conflict is a small income, and women are looking for jobs abroad. But there are cases when the husbands spent money received from wives for alcohol and then new conflicts starts. It seems to be a vicious circle from which it is difficult to get out. By the opinions of participants responsibility of the state should be raised. Women need more support in employment, to prevent the problem.
