There is always the question to me and others how I became a successful woman. I had to talk about this topic at one of the meetings organized by the Women Fund "Sukhumi".
I think I have interestingly explained my success formula.
In order to reach succeed, every person must develop an individual way, which includes the most important things - hard work, constant movement, purposefulness, the ability to think logically and luck.
I do not think that the path to success passed by others is a clear example to me, because everything is individual, both the person himself and his skills and abilities, so our work plan will bring results when it is relevant to our capabilities.
I had different creative skills from childhood and I develop these skills to this day, in other words, my approach to any activities is creative. I also deal with difficulties easily, when moving towards the goal, of course there is a heterogeneous problem, but it is not an obstacle for me.
Sociability is the most important for success.
I have always wanted to use real opportunities for success. It is very important how you use the resources you have.
In order to become a successful person, you must logically follow the path to the goal.

"If not such meetings, I would not have information about the self-government programs, it seems that many things were taken into account and, I am sure, not many people, like me have information about it".
"I not only got information, but also passed a little training on how to use the online space to get interesting information".
This is the feedback from meeting participants. Meetings were held with beneficiaries living in Terjola, Samtredia, Bagdati and Vani municipalities. They learned how to use the Internet properly, how to find the necessary material or document. Detailed information was also spread about the website of the Women Fund "Sukhumi" "Digital Resource Center of the Services for Victims of Violence".

Iamze Gumberidze, a lawyer of the Women Fund "Sukhumi", actively worked with the beneficiaries during a month. She attended the presentation of the Interdepartmental Commission on the Prevention of Violence against Women and / or Domestic Violence, Protection and Assistance to Victims of Violence in Bagdati. The initiative of the Women Fund "Sukhumi", to create this commission, was supported by Bagdati municipality.
Traditional work was conducted with the Women Support Centers. An individual meeting was held in Bagdati, a group meeting in Terjola (with 16 participants) and in Tsalenjikha there were both individual and group meetings (with the participation of 7 beneficiaries).
During group meetings, women and their children with signs of violence victims, were identified. The lawyer introduced them to the law against violence and victim protection mechanisms. In addition to these meetings, a telephone consultation was given to the beneficiary from Chokhatauri. The participants of the meetings received answers to their questions - this contributes to the solution of their problems.

The last month of spring in the Youth Empowerment Centers ended with the meetings held in Chokhatauri, Tkibuli and Kobuleti municipalities.
All meetings were interesting, the participants were actively discussing the topic of conflicts and violence. However, the live training held in Kobuleti was special with creative activities.
According to the participants, the trainings are a good opportunity for teenagers to be informed about life issues.
As always, in May trainings were also held with youth groups set up in 10 municipalities. The total number of participants was 207. All of them were actively involved in discussing current issues, debates, group work or role games. Some of the participants will conduct an interesting so-called initiated measures themselves. This is a serious result of working with young people.

We call these activities initiated - all this is carried out after the trainings. That is, young people try to share their knowledge with others and hold interesting events.
The work is carried out in 10 municipalities where Youth Empowerment Centers have been established.
Topics of activities: conflict management and violence prevention.
The activities are diverse: an information meeting, a film screening, a discussion club, an action, etc. Teenagers also held peacekeeping actions-appeals regarding the Ukrainian tragedy. Teachers and school directors are actively involved in the events. They believe that the Women Fund "Sukhumi" contributes to the non-formal education of students.

“Non-formal education is a new window for me to well see the issues that my generation faces as challenges”.
"It is important to discuss the issues that have become the “Achilles' heel” of the 21st century - conflict and violence".
“It's interesting to listen to each other's opinions. Sometimes in the process of discussion, we rethink the issues, we see a better way out of the situation”.
This is what the young participants say during or at the end of the trainings.
Another 4 meetings were held in May at the Youth Empowerment Centers – this time in Bagdati, Chokhatauri, Terjola, Tsalenjikha municipalities. 80 participants were included in the trainings. The training process for them is interesting and exciting. Young people share their knowledge with others so that as many people as possible are informed.

David is the first Ukrainian who was born in Kutaisi. His mother is Maria Fesina-Rukhadze. On the 9th month of pregnancy a woman hardly got out of Donetsk - to Lvov, to Poland, standing at the border for 9 hours, then - to Tbilisi and from there - to Kutaisi.
Before her arrival, Eliso Rukhadze from Terjola addressed the Women Fund "Sukhumi" with a request to find a doctor for a Ukrainian citizen who is already on her way. She knew about our organization and our support for refugees from Ukraine.
By the time Maria reached Kutaisi, a group working on refugee issues quickly gathered information on where she could be accepted. The director of the clinic “Bomond”, Mamuka Mikadze, helped us very much - the clinic covered all the expenses. Everything went well - David was born on May 5 (doctor - Nino Ramishvili).
The Fund "Sukhumi" continued to take care of Maria, they brought her the necessary things and clothes for the newborn. They helped her with a pediatrician who came to the house. The translator into Ukrainian and the notary were found for arranging official documents. They also wrote to the City Hall an application for paying for accommodation - now she lives in Kutaisi with her baby and mother (her husband is in Ukraine).
Forum-theater finished May with active work. It presented 4 performances in Kutaisi Botanical Garden, taking part in the event of the gender club. Then the performances were held in the "SOS-Children's Village".
All scenes were interesting for the audience, but their special attention was drawn to migration and the relationship between children and parents. These issues have become the topics for discussions. The viewer was also actively involved in the performances.
After a long online work, the updated forum theater team is happy to communicate with the audience, discuss problems and look for ideas for new performances.

- These 10 days were productive and intense. The children liked the games: funny math, pets, English and Georgian alphabets, rubik's cube... We drew together, sculpted, read fairy tales, watched animated films, danced, played, learned how to make roses from colored paper. And we they talked a lot. They asked questions and I answered in a simple, understandable language - says Anna Lomidze, assistant of the Rehabilitation Center for work with small children.
The rehabilitation center of the Women Fund "Sukhumi" opened this year in one of the beautiful corners of Kutaisi. A woman with children can stay here for 10-15 days. A social worker, a psychologist and a lawyer work with her.
In order for the children not to be left without attention and to spend their free time fruitfully, another employee was attracted to the center - an assistant for working with small children. Despite the fact that Anna has worked only with one group so far, she has something to say and a small success story has already appeared.
