In frames of the project, the activists of the center held two informational meetings regarding the issues of gender and violence.  These activities completed a small project of Senaki Women Support Center.

During the meeting with the pupils of upper grades of the village of Teklati, special emphasis was made on bullying, which is quite active for today and an urgent problem at the same time. During the meeting in the village Nosiri, the topic of domestic violence was also highlited.

The small project of Senaki Women Support Center, as planned, will help to reduce aggression among young people and their inclusion in preventive activities.

During the month, the psychologist and conflictologist worked with six married couples. One of them is new couple and with the others, the work is continued according the individual program.

According the results one of married couples solved the crisis situation. Problem is resolved and in case of necessity, the psychologist will collaborate in an on-line mode. The work with other married couples continues.

In frames of a small project of Poti Women Support Center there was held a competition in cycling race, jumping, with participation of the pupils of public school No7. The teachers of the school also participated. During the planning and duration of the competition the Women Support Center actively cooperated with the department of sport and youth and administration of school.

The participants were presented with symbolic gifts. The aim of the project is to popularize a healthy lifestyle and say no - to violence!

Mobilizers of Kutaisi, Tskaltubo, Khoni, Terjola, Senaki, Poti, Zugdidi, Ozurgeti, Lanchkhuti Women Support Centers held information meetings with representatives of local self government.

The mobilizers of the Women Support Centers of Kutaisi, Tskaltubo, Lanchkhuti, Poti, Ozurgeti and Senaki are members of the Gender Equality Council and regularly attend the council meetings.

They participate in meetings of Sakrebulo, actively observe local innovations and disseminate information during the meetings.
