Legal meeting in Kutaisi – conversation about neighbor relations

In WSC of Kutaisi legal informational meetings was held, where the main issue was neighbor relations and its legal regulations. The main stress was made on confidence towards each other. It appeared that majority of participants have problems in above mentioned case.different legal consultations were made on various issues.

In April, in 6 IDP collective centers 6 informational-consultative meetings were held, with participation of 49 women from 20 to 68 years old. 4 sessions of family therapy was held, 3 phone calls were made.
Group meetings continued the issues of previous ones – fear of the women, alarm, phobias, panic. The researches prove that the women have more phobias and fears in comparison with the men. But it is no use of fighting with the fear. The fear is not enemy, it warns. If you study and understand the fear, it may become necessary and important partner on the way to development.
Meeting participants were given recommendation papers.

Meeting of the lawyer in Nasakirali

Lawyer of Ozurgeti GAC met repatriate Meskhetians in Nasakirali. The residents paid attention to infrastructural problems, mainly rehabilitation of 100 meter road.
Besides of general problems, they have own specific problems too. The lawyer answered the questions. Population were consulted also in the issues of paying compensation to the persons under repression.

8 informational-consultative meeting with the lawyer

In April, lawyer of the fund “Sukhumi” conducted 8 informational-consultative meetings. The issues of conversation were different according the interests of participants: law on IDPs, human being and basic rights, right to implement local governance by the citizens and so on.
Individual consultations were made on following issues: allowances for the IDPs, procedures of appointing allowance for the infants, evaluation criteria for socially unprotected persons, rights and obligations of the IDPs, who are satisfied by living spaces.

Meeting of the lawyer in “Khotorok”

Informational meeting of the lawyer of Fund “Sukhumi” was held with representatives of ethnical minorities, who work in Kutaisi in Ukrainian kitchen – “Khutorok”.
They received information about a work of the fund “Sukhumi” and gender advisory council. They had different legal questions and received relevant consultations. There also were the problems of water supply and inner roads.
