The new groups started a 6-month training course. The first meetings were held in the Youth Empowerment Centers of Zugdidi, Senaki, Terjola, Tkibuli and Chokhatauri. The total number of participants exceeds 100 people.
The trainings are held with different ways: interactive work, discussions, role-games and open feedback when the participants say that they like this kind of work.

From the beginning of October, the formation of new groups of youth empowerment centers began.
In Zugdidi, Terjola, Kobuleti, Senaki and Tkibuli, trainings were held on the topic of conflict management and violence prevention (only one of these meetings was held in online format).
Young people were involved in the work with great responsibility. This form of informal education was quite interesting and impressive for them. They are ready to show initiatives and conduct various activities before the next meeting.

Five-month training courses have been completed in the Youth Empowerment Centers of 10 municipalities. Now the final meetings are successfully held.
During the final meetings with representatives of Zugdidi, Senaki, Terjola and Vani municipalities, school directors and teachers, parents of pupils, representatives of the Youth Departments, resource centers and Gender Equality Councils were actively involved.
During their presentations the students talked about the results of the training course. Teachers and parents noted that the five-month work had a good effect on teenagers. They learned a lot, became more active and self-confident, one part of the participants can already independently conduct trainings.

The trainings planned in August were held online. The number of young participants was 175.
Actual topics were discussed at the training: relations between parents and children; norms of ethics and aesthetics; skills for peaceful conflict resolution.
The participants were actively involved in the work and openly expressed their opinion that during conflict, it is not easy to use the skills of peaceful conflict resolution, but it is still possible.
“These tips are very good, but in a hot situation it is difficult to speak in a calm tone. However, if I try, I can do anything.”
“It was interesting to get acquainted with the norms of ethics and aesthetics, a very necessary topic.”
"It's a pity that the project is going to its end"...
Stop domestic violence! - says one.
Violence is not the solution! - says the other.

The third thing is one of the diagrams of the research.
To the question: who should make decisions in the family? The answers were distributed as follows: women - 12%, men - 32%, both - 56%.
All above mentioned is the work of those teenagers who pass a six-month training course in the youth empowerment centers.
The centers operate in 10 municipalities - Samtredia, Terjola, Bagdati, Vani, Tkibuli, Senaki, Zugdidi, Tsalenjikha, Chokhatauri, Kobuleti.
Ways of conflict resolution, violence prevention, early marriage - these and other topical issues will be discussed at the trainings. Then the children get a kind of homework: who will expand the topic? Who will create an original form of saying? How can the information about a problem be disseminated?
97 teenagers participated in trainings held in Vani, Tsalenjikha, Tkibuli, Senaki and Kobuleti. Some meetings were held in a traditional, live form. The other part took place in the Internet space. Despite the form, all meetings were equally interesting, active and informative.
Early marriage and ways to resolve conflicts - the students discussed these issues with the trainers. They gave relevant examples, argued about the negative outcomes of early marriages, or the importance of early conflict resolution.
Meetings of such kind give teenagers the opportunity to think freely. They learn to express their opinions, listen actively, ask and answer questions...
The culture of group work, discussion and conversation - all these skills that young people have acquired or reinforced - are the merit of the training course.

During the meetings, the problem of early marriage and ways to resolve conflicts was discussed.
All five trainings were different, with participation of 97 teenagers: active discussions, discussion of interesting cases, frank feedback.
