According to the participants, the training was of such kind, where the trainers told about methods of communication and PR and raising awareness to representatives of civil society organizations in 8 municipalities.
Despite the online format, the participants were actively involved in the training process. For them, the information presented on the background of practical examples on topical issues turned out to be important: defining the target audience, planning and managing effective communication, managing the web page and social media.

The last, twelfth, forum was held in an online format. The members of the Civil Society Organizations Forum summarized the implemented projects, highlighted the results, changes and impact on society.
Creation of an anti-corruption plan, studying the needs of women and development of recommendations for local authorities, studying the needs of persons with disabilities, supporting the improvement of gender policy, introducing gender budget and civic budgeting, updating the web pages, creating of an e-petition application are part of the results of grant applications in 8 municipalities.
Local civil society organizations have already achieved success in terms of implementing public administration reform.

An online debates were held for representatives of Vani municipality, where the achieved results were summarized. The meeting was attended by members of the working group, representatives of local government and civil society.
The meeting was special as the representatives of partner municipalities familiarized the audience with the successful practice: the representative of Tskaltubo municipality spoke about the practice of introducing the civil budget, the representative of Khoni municipality provided the participants with information on the implementation of the online petition system. It was noted that the exchange of successful experience is important for those municipalities that are currently working in this direction.

Based on the circumstances caused by COVID-19, debates in a a Zoom format were held in Tsageri, which was organized by the Fund of Women Entrepreneurs. During the meeting, the participants - representatives of the City Council and the City Hall, the civil sector and the media - had the opportunity to listen to the results of the needs research conducted in the municipality and the work carried out within the framework of the project. The exchange of successful examples of Khoni and Tskaltubo on the topic of the petition and the civil budget was interesting.
The participants expressed great interest, which was shown by active involvement and recommendations.

Members of the Bagdati working group, representatives of local self-government and civil society organizations, as well as experts from the municipalities of Tskaltubo and Khoni participated in the debates, which was held online.
Local partner organizations spoke about the results of their small projects, presented a needs research, carried out in Bagdati municipality.
During the debates, special attention was paid to the discussion of the experience of Tskaltubo Municipality in terms of civil budgeting. The topic of the e-petition was also important for the participants. The web page has this function, but it has not been used until now. Khoni practice showed how this issue can become relevant for the population.
Terjola debate justified the forum's main mission: members of the civil society forum learn from each other and share best practices with other municipalities.

The meeting was attended by representatives of Terjola local self-government, civil society organizations and various spheres, as well as guests from Tskhaltubo and Khoni municipalities.
It was a kind of report on the work done. And the work was quite fruitful: 4 monitoring of public administration reform, small projects, update of the web page, needs assessment, civil budget implementation process...
Through the Zoom program, the youth living in Zugdidi municipality got acquainted with the "Voters Advice Application". A video instruction was used, which introduces the details of using the online application.
Young people noted that they will follow the update of the application and will definitely use it. At the same time, they will share the information received with friends, relatives, and help older family members to use the application.

The press conference was held within the framework of the project “A common forum for CSOs from Guria, Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi for PAR Roadmap monitoring”.
Representative of the Cultural-Humanitarian Fund "Sukhumi" presented the results and analysis of the second citizens’ local needs research conducted by partner organizations in the municipalities selected under the project. The aim of the study was to define awareness of the society in public administration reform, the quality of e-services and to identify specific results and challenges of public administration reform in municipalities.
The press conference was attended by 24 journalists, and the issues discussed were covered in the media.

From July 10 to July 20 - Khurcha, Koki, Shamgona, Ingiri (Zugdidi Municipality) - these villages were covered by meetings for the introduction of the Voters’ Advice Application, which were held by members of the Fund “Sukhumi” Women Initiative Group.
The meetings were attended by citizens of different age categories in small groups. They expressed interest towards the novation envisaged by the project, established active feedback and highlighted the issues that are interesting for political parties. Migration was named as one of the most acute problems.
