In order to get acquainted with the online application, meetings were held in IDP settlements in the former boarding school of the village Ingiri and Vektori of Zugdidi municipality.
From the side of the IDPs, nihilism and distrust to the elections were noticeable, they were explained that the application is politically neutral. According to them, they never have full information about the programs of political parties, so such application is interesting for them.

Another course completed lessons on working with polymer clay in the day rehabilitation center of the Fund "Sukhumi". At the final meeting, the participants presented the work created during the training period, talked about themselves, their results and their experience both in terms of professional development and in terms of communication. The presentation was impressive and was highly appreciated by the representatives of the Fund "Sukhumi".

The day rehabilitation center of the Fund "Sukhumi" completed the course of accounting. The course participants got acquainted with the following issues: theoretical bases of accounting, accounting regulation, organizational legal forms of enterprises, legislation, acting in Georgia, the ORIS program.
At the end of the course, during the final testing, the group members showed good preparation. They will use their knowledge and experience in practice.

Based on the COVID situation, meetings with young people in Zugdidi, Kobuleti and Vani, were held offline and in other municipalities (Bagdati, Tsalenjikha, Senaki, Chokhatauri, Samtredia, Tkibuli, Terjola) trainings were held online.
The participants found interesting the following topics: possible results of conflict, types of behavior in conflict situation, early marriage, bullying...
Each participant is interesting with his opinions and differs from everyone else. They speak openly about problems, discuss the ways of their solution. During the trainings, the leaders express a desire to disseminate and transfer the gained knowledge and in the future they themselves become the authors of the initiated activities.

Exchange of experiences is the best way to introduce the innovations. This is a special method for the Fund "Sukhumi" and it often gives municipalities this opportunity.
The Forum of Civil Society Organizations of Guria, Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi initially envisaged cooperation and mutual assistance.
The project includes three organizations: Fund "Sukhumi", Fund of Women Entrepreneurs and Imereti Scientists’ Union "Spectri".
The Civil Society Forum united 16 organizations in October 2019. Their geographical area is wide: 8 municipalities (Khoni, Vani, Terjola, Bagdati, Lanchkhuti, Ozurgeti, Tsageri, Ambrolauri).
The Forum was created in order to actively involve the society in the process of monitoring the Roadmap for Public Administration Reform.
Already at the beginning of the project, the organizations attended meetings, trainings, studied the criteria for the implementation of public administration reform, also how to draft projects, advocate problems, learned the techniques of research ... They contributed to the creation of new organizations, and 14 new organizations were registered in the municipalities.
Members of the Bagdati working group, representatives of local self-government and civil society organizations, as well as experts from the municipalities of Tskaltubo and Khoni participated in the debates, which was held online.
Local partner organizations spoke about the results of their small projects, presented a needs research, carried out in Bagdati municipality.
During the debates, special attention was paid to the discussion of the experience of Tskaltubo Municipality in terms of civil budgeting. The topic of the e-petition was also important for the participants. The web page has this function, but it has not been used until now. Khoni practice showed how this issue can become relevant for the population.
During the meeting of Zugdidi women initiative group and Koki/Khurcha women's group (Zugdidi municipality), they discussed the problems that were revealed by the research of gender needs assessment, conducted in the municipality. The women's groups have selected the most actual issues and have planned an advocacy campaign to be carried out together with the local government.
The main issue at the meeting of the youth initiative group of the village Koki (Zugdidi municipality), was to improve the project proposal. During the training, held in Kutaisi, young people studied how to turn an interesting idea into a project. The result is already observed: they have prepared two projects, which will soon be considered by a special commission
Meeting of the women's initiative group in Pakhulani (Tsalenjikha municipality) was attended by the majoritarian deputy of the village - Data Kukava. He spoke about municipal programs. He noted that the self-government is going to implement various projects in the community. It was especially important that the deputy listened attentively to the problems raised by the women, expressed his readiness to help the group in the process of advocacy of the problems.
An interesting meeting of the youth initiative group was held in Lia (Tsalenjikha municipality). The team members worked actively to improve the goals and objectives of the project proposal and prepared working versions of two projects that will be presented to the commission. After funding, the young people will start implementing the project.
Three members of Kutaisi youth initiative group took an active part in the training, which was dedicated to project writing. Then they shared their knowledge and information with the rest of the group.
The group has actively worked on two projects that should be presented to the competition committee in the near future. This is their first experience and everyone joined with great enthusiasm.
An information meeting with members of the women initiative group was held online. They named the actual problems of the city, selected the most priority ones and developed an advocacy plan. The group will try to solve the problem, and this will motivate group members to work more actively.
