"Conflict within us" - the consideration of this topic caused a special discussion among the youth. In conflict situations, we are always looking for causes everywhere except ourselves. The reasons are conflicts within us - because we do not know how to control emotions, how to extinguish the fire inside of us.
This is agreed by the majority of participants. They received advice on how to get rid of negative emotions, how to manage personal conflicts.
- The more people can manage emotions, the less there will be conflicts in society, the family. Such meetings are very important, as they give an opportunity for reflection, - young people believe.
Workshops were held in Tskaltubo, Khoni and Koki (Zugdidi municipality).

For the implementation of preventive measures to eradicate violence against women, conflict management is important. Important is also the knowledge of conflicts that occur within us.
Similar opinions were voiced at the conflict management workshops held with women in Poti, Kutaisi and Senaki Women Support Centers.
How to manage your own emotions, how to overcome personal conflicts - the discussions on these questions were held against the backdrop of a discussion of specific examples. For general reasons, if people can not control their emotions, there will always be a risk of conflict around them.
