Meeting of Kutaisi Club of Voter Women – together with “honorable members”

  

Meeting of Kutaisi Club of Voter Women began in not so ordinary format. The women, who cooperate with the fund ”Sukhumi” for years, were given the award of “honorable members” and were awarded by the diplomas. In the interview for the TV story the women mentioned that they learned lots of things in the club – mainly defining priorities and advocate problems.

The women discussed the response of superior of the service for city cleaning to a letter sent after the last meeting.

The meeting was interesting by the fact that there was invited to a gynecologist, who answered all questions from the audience.

Meetings of the youth clubs in Khoni, Senaki, Kutaisi

  

Ethical norms and formation of personal culture, as instrument of violence prevention – these interesting issues were discussed by the members of the youth club in Khoni, School No3 and Senaki, school No4 and also in the WSC of Kutaisi.

The topic caused interest. Live examples gave the young people sence of openness and they actively involved in the discussions. They mentioned:

“discussion of similar topics positively effects on our consciousness and relation towards different issues”.

“I like protection of ethic norms, which is connected with prevention of violence”.

“interesting and close connection between ethics and violence and it is good, that we saw it”.

Solved issues and advocacy of new problems – club on voter women

  

The meeting of the club of voter women of Senaki was attended by the deputy of governmor (head of municipality administration) Nato Pularia and deputies of Sakrebulo, members of the GAC – Nanan Alania and Eliso Tsaguria.

The women spoke about different actual problems of the city and villages of municipality.

Methodist of the kindergarten of the village Teklati thanked the deputies of Sakrebulo for transferring 5 tables for the upper grades. It was promised at a previous meeting of the club.

For the given moment other problems are advocated.

Youth clubs: talking about ethics

  

Youth Clubs of Schools №1 Tskhaltubo and №7 Poti, as well as the village of Koki (Zugdidi Municipality) considered an interesting subject - the ethical standards and the formation of personal culture, as a tool for violence prevention.

Initially, participants were unable to link the ethics with violence, but immediately defined links and practical purpose, to use the knowledge and skills in life.

There was felt working mood and interactive, interesting debate, life examples.

There were lots of questions that were answered together. It was said that no one gives the students information on these topics, and it is the role of non-governmental sector.

“We do not count chromosomes”

  

 

Group of Kutaisi Youth Club conducted activity in the fund “Sukhumi” - “We do not count chromosomes”. There were invited the children with this diagnosis, psychologist and manager of the Center of Social rehabilitation.

The event was held on the initiative of the club member – Mari Kurtanidze. The guest spent time pleasantly and received the gifts.
