Meetings - in this category there is an information about meetings in frames of Fund “Sukhumi” projects - meetings with beneficiaries, representatives of state structures, local and international non-governmental organizations.
A general forum and training was held online. The training was attended by 42 people, including 32 regional representatives.
In the first part of the meeting, the results of one year of work were summarized, which was briefly presented by one of the project coordinators, the chairperson of the Fund of Women Entrepreneurs - Meri Gelashvili.
Regional partners: Mindia Kiknavelidze, Lela Amiranashvili, Eliso Jikia (Imereti), Irina Sajaia, Eka Ninidze (Guria), Nana Sokhadze and Marine Svanidze (Racha-Lechkhumi) spoke about the work, results and changes.
In the second part of the event, a training was held on the topic: "Civic Activism", trainer - Marina Pochkhua (IDP Women's Association "Consent").

An online meeting was held with the representatives of the medical staff and local self-government of the municipalities of Ambrolauri, Tsageri and Lentekhi (Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti region).
The topic of the meeting: “Increasing the role of medical staff in the process of eliminating violence against women / domestic violence by participating in referral process”.
The meeting was interesting. There were: presentations, discussions, recommendations and a desire for cooperation.
The ordinary meeting of the working group was held in the City Hall of Bagdati Municipality. The meeting summarized the changes made in the municipality as part of the implementation of the action plan, which was developed and approved by the working group. There were also discussed the options for a code of ethics for the group, in order to start developing a code of ethics for the municipality.

Аn ordinary consultative meeting was held with participation of the representatives of Imereti Scientists' Union “Spectri” and the NGS working in Lanchkhuti municipality - Georgian Rural Council and Lanchkhuti Informational Center.
The current activities within the project in Lanchkhuti Municipality, the terms of their implementation, the problems and the ways to solve them were discussed at the meeting.

A meeting of the working group took place in Vani Sakrebulo. The meeting discussed the options for a code of ethics, so that the municipality began to develop a code of ethics. This is one of the activities of the working group. The members of the group try to actively include the legal services of the municipality in the working process.
An information meeting was held with the residents of Koki, Khurcha, Orsantia, in the framework of the project Online Vote-O-Meter for 2020 Georgian Parliamentary Elections funded by the Visegrad International Fund.
They discussed education, foreign policy, security, conflict transformation, and IDP issues.

Within the framework of the project Online Vote-O-Meter for 2020 Georgian Parliamentary Elections an information meeting with the political party "Lelo for Georgia" was held in the village Pakhulani, Tsalenjikha Municipality.
The audience was informed about the goals and application of the project, and the methods of its use.
About 700 people have received information through informational meetings and public discussions.

Within the framework of the project “A common forum for #CSOs from Guria, Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi for PAR Roadmap monitoring” with the participation of the partner organization Imereti Scientists Union "Spectri” the third meeting was held with the members of project group in Lanchkhuti municipality (Georgian Rural Hall and Lanchkhuti Informational Center) and the local working group: representatives - of civil society, local self-government and various stakeholders in Lanchkhuti Municipality.
The issues of implementation of the strategic plan developed by the working group to facilitate the implementation of the Public Administration Reform Action Plan in Lanchkhuti Municipality were discussed at the meeting.
Working group members were actively involved in the discussion. Problematic issues in the municipality were discussed and priority measures for the advocacy campaign were identified.

Informational meetings with representatives of political parties and citizens are still in active mode, where the attendees are introduced to the essence of the online “vote – o - meter". The ordinary meeting was held in Ozurgeti. The public was given the opportunity to hear the answers of the competent persons to the questions submitted on the online platform, to express their opinion and to ask questions.
